Here I am Anna (banana) Nana for short...just a couple of nick names FD likes to use and I answer to all of the above. FD picked me up from a shelter in Pine City a few weeks ago. Boy was I happy to meet him. He took me home to meet his resident RAGOM girl. We had rough time getting to know each other but, it all worked out for the good. I love to play ball, and socks and bones and Kong. I just like to play. Non-stop I'm go go go all day long. Then I sleep all night next to FD till morning. I like to go swimming too. I played in the pond for about and hour the 2nd day I was here. I don't care even if it's cold out I'm still in there, that's if it's not frozen over. I don't think I'll be able to swim any more this year though. FD says that I'm just an all around great pup. Not sure of my birth date but, the vet figures I'm about a year old so still have a lot of puppy energy. I tested NEG for heart worm, Lyme disease, and worms. I weigh in at a whopping 54.2 lbs and the vet said that's an ideal weight for me. Yep, I'm just a petite girl and in perfect health. FD took me to the vet today 11/18/2013 for my spay so I'll be already to find my furever home and go home in a week. I know how to sit and that NO word too. FD says I have a good recall and even though I was found as a stray I don't like to go too far from him and always come back when I'm called. I will need to have a tie out till I learn the boarders or a fence yard would be nice too. Maybe a 5 footer cause I sure can jump. FD says I have a great temperament and so light on the my feet and gentle that he thinks I would make a great service dog of some sort maybe one that goes to nursing homes and children hospitals. I love kids and all people. Cats are ok too. Don't really pay any attention to them. FD says he will write an update in a day or so after I get home from the surgery. Till then if you think you'd like to meet me contact your placement advisor. Oh, the vet also is pretty sure I'm pure bred. She can't say 100% but, I look, act and have all the manners of a Golden.
