Please welcome Jenny to the RAGOM family! Jenny is a three-year-old, purebred female Golden Retriever. Sadly, Jenny was surrendered to RAGOM after her owner passed away. Nonetheless, Jenny is a big happy girl! She is a little overweight at 80 pounds, but she has boundless energy. She has been running and playing outside with our resident dog and is working on her girlish figure. Ater a good workout, both Jenny and our resident dog, Sally, like to take a good nap. Jenny is a beautiful reddish Golden with long hair and some curls. She has a very unique feature, which I described as a face-mohawk, while another RAGOM volunteer called it a zipper. She has a strip of hair down the middle of her face that stands up. It is adorable! She knows how to sit, shake hands, and stay. Jenny is great with other dogs and loves children. She will occasionally bring me a shoe or sock, but willingly gives it up. Her favorite toy is a good tennis ball, and she is even talented enough to fit two of them in her mouth! Jenny likes to sleep in her kennel, and would rather be kenneled than confined in a room. We were told that she can suffer from motion sickness on car rides, but I take her with me in the car every day to bring my son to school, and she has been great. In fact, this morning when we got home, she didn't want to get out of the car! Jenny had a bath last week and did an awesome job. She was very cooperative! Jenny is a very sweet girl and would do well in just about any home.
