Meet one of Journey's 12-111 boy puppies. Thank you to Eric Pierson and Terry Olson for naming this sweet boy! Your donation is so much appreciated!

Parker is one of the lighter brown puppies. His ears are a darker brown than the rest of his body. Not sure if his coloring will stay this way as it seems that all of them have changed over the past 3 weeks. Parker weighed 1lb 7 oz on his first weigh in at the Vet. Today he weighs 3 lbs 15 oz. Parker is playful and loves to wrestle. I have seen him initiate play some of the times. A couple of his brothers initiate play more often. All of the puppies are very affectionate. He loves to snuggle. It is too soon to tell for sure if these puppies are pure GR or if they are Golden Doodles. Look for Parker's brown collar in the puppy pictures.

Updates

Friday, June 15, 2012

My apologies that it has been so long since I gave you an update on the puppies. It is amazing to me how fast the days go by with this gang. The days are fairly consistent and we have a routine down, so you would think that I could sit down at the computer to update. But it seems as though I barely get them situated for the night and then it is time for me to head to bed.

There has been a real debate on whether or not they are doodles. It was too hard to tell the first 5 weeks. It really was not until this week that I feel I can say they are most likely PB Goldens. I would not put it on a birth certificate because there is always a chance, but by the looks of them today I don’t see a poodle in them.

Since there are 9 of them and it is hard to find much new to say about each one, I am going to write something up for each and you will have to read all of them to get the full story.

Honestly – I don’t throw the food on the floor – it always starts out in the dishes!

Parker is one of the biggest of the boys. Big feet and big heart. He is as is ALL of them – just a sweety! The great news is that Parker has met a family that wants to adopt him. More on his family to come later.
