Today my family and I said goodbye to my best girl, Cedar. Cedar had some obstacles in her life due to her anxieties, mostly from thunderstorms. Through everything she was the true definition of a golden, a loyal and loving companion. I was fortunate to have had her as my best friend the past few years and am grateful that she was by my side through some very difficult moments, as well as some exciting milestones. I will miss her dearly but find comfort in knowing she will not have another moment of sickness or anxiousness and is at peace.
Cedar, I hope you are "fishing" off the docks in heaven, watching the ducks swim on the ponds, and that you are sneaking food off other plates and getting away with it, because you deserve it. Thank you for bringing so much joy to my life. We love and miss you baby girl!
