Sassy/Twig made a short appearance at Goldzilla this morning, but we had to cut the day short due to foster mom's being under the weather. She is sorry she missed the foster parade & showcase!
Sassy continues to be a sweetheart & super easy puppy. Not one accident in a week now, but I hesitate to say that she is house-trained (mostly b/c it will come back to bite me). She has adjusted easily to the routine here, loves her walks, and playing with her foster sibs (when they are accommodating). She LOVES kids, and doesn't appear to be at all skittish with loud noises (although ironically she was a little nervous at first with all the barking dogs at Goldzilla this morning). Sass will be spayed on Wednesday, and then is ready for her forever home! Most homes will work for this girl -- she hasn't been cat-tested yet, but I haven't noticed a strong prey drive with her at all, so I'm guessing they would be fine. Another dog, kids, all good! Of course, puppy class/obedience helps any dog to be the best they can be! She's off to a great start!
