Harley is a 6 month old male PB Golden Retriever weighing 43 pounds. He was surrendered to RAGOM with brother Marley. They lived in the same household and their family was unable to give these guys the attention they deserve, so they are trusting them to us to find their forever homes.
Harley is UTD and was neutered yesterday. I picked him up today and he was very excited to see me and the furr girls at home. He is playful with the girls, but is really more interested in carrying around the toys. He is your typical puppy who needs guidance and direction. He is very smart and knows sit and we even worked on the Gentle Leader a bit tonight. Although he did not like it at first, he got used to it and by the end of our walk, I had slack in the leash.
Harley can either be an only dog or have a furr sibling. The only thing that we have been working on is sharing his toys with the other furr kids. I think he was used to fighting for things with his brother. I would like Harley to have a physical fence in his forever home. This will give him freedom to run and chase and he will be safe inside a fence.
Check back as we learn more about this little guy in the upcoming days.
