Please welcome Buddy to RAGOM.

Buddy is a beautiful purebred male Golden Retriever. He is 2 1/2 years young. He just had his physical on Tuesday and he is in great shape, weighing in at 67 pounds.

Buddy is up to date on all his shots and is scheduled to be neutered next week. He gets along great with our other male Golden Retriever and loves attention from anyone he meets. Buddy loves walks, tennis balls, kongs and even baths! He is looking for an active family.

Buddy has not had much training and needs obedience work, but with a little time, attention and TLC, he is going to be a wonderful companion.

Buddy has been a wonderful addition to our family.  He joined us at the very end of February and the experience of giving him a loving home has been joyous.  We can tell that every day when we come back from work, errands, etc. he just can't believe that we returned home to him and he shows us how much he loves us for it!

Buddy loves to retrieve, bounce, catch, and play goalie with tennis balls.  Swimming must not be entirely new to him, as we've been able to see him retrieve the ball at the lake and he just loves it!  Bud enjoys being outside- his first camping trip with us was right up his alley!  He also loves the trails at the dog park as you can see in these pictures.

After playtime is over Bud is ready for belly rubs, gives kisses, and cuddles up with us- he's such a sweetheart!

Thanks RAGOM for giving us our 'Bud'.

Buddy was neutered last Tuesday. He made it through the surgery with flying colors.  He is still full of energy and has a hard time laying low while he heels, he would rather be chasing tennis balls.

Buddy has been with us for about 10 days now. Since he has arrived, he has become part of the family. We just adore him!  He is a very loving and affectionate guy. He and our Golden Retriever havebecome the best of friends.

Buddy is completely housebroken and respects baby gates. We are working on his basic commands. He definitely knows to sit for a treat, but is having a little trouble when we ask him to shake. Buddyis now comfortable in his crate. He sleeps in a crate at night and doesnt seem to mind.  We would love to have him in our room, but we have a cat that gets first dibs.

Buddy is meeting his first family on Saturday. Keep your fingers crossed.
