Hello Everyone! My name is Ellie. I am almost 3 years old and weigh right around 70 pounds. I was given to RAGOM by a family that loves me, but couldn't keep me anymore. I know it was really hard for them to let me go, but they know I will find a wonderful family through RAGOM.

I arrived at my foster house yesterday and just jumped right in to what they do around here. Yesterday that was leaves! It was a lot of fun for me though. I got to play outside with the resident dog, which I did without incident. Even though I am crate trained, my foster family let me sleep on the floor next to them last night and I didn't even bother them. I did stay in the crate while they went to work, and boy was I happy to see them when they got home. I got so excited that I put my front paws on FM's shoulders. She is trying to help me show my excitement in a "not so vertical" manner!

I am going to the vet tomorrow to get UTD on all my vaccines and get my microchip. I'm already spayed, so I will be ready to see visitors very soon. Do you want to meet me? My FM keeps telling me that I so "sweetsies"...which is true. Although I haven't been kid or cat tested, she's pretty sure that I would get along with any of them. I'm going to make a great family dog. If you would like to come visit me, please contact placement at placementatragom [dot] org

I'll talk to you later. I've gotta go snuggle up by the fire and enjoy the rawhide FM got for me.
