Hi everyone, it's Caesar! I went to my forever home yesterday, and I have settled in like I've been here my whole life! My new mom bought me three brand new bolster beds, a cool raised feeding station and a bunch of toys to welcome me home. We celebrated with some nice shank bones, me and the gang, and I even kissed my sister the kitty twice on the ear already. My foster family hung out for awhile so I could take a nice walk with my new pack, and I know it was hard for them to say goodbye (me too.....). But they just kept telling me how happy I was going to be here, and they are right!
I want to say thanks again to Don M for sponsoring me. My new mom would be happy to have you come for a visit, or she will bring me to a Petco event so we can meet. I'm so grateful for your sponsorship, you helped pay my vet bills while I was in foster care and it helps so much. Thanks a million!
I also want to send big sloppy kisses to Uncle Rick and Aunt Pat, thanks for the egg babies and the star toy. I packed them in my suitcase and brought them to my new digs. I'll make sure Mindy and Sara don't get them too slobbery, I'll hide them in one of my beds.
Thanks to everyone for following my story, watching my video, and coming to events to meet me. I know I'm a little unusual so I've gotten lots of attention, but please remember there are lots of other great dogs, senior dogs like me, waiting for their forever home. We may not move quite as fast as the young dogs, but we're in "move in shape", we fit in and settle down much easier than those young whipper snappers. Please consider adopting one of the other great senior dogs in foster care--we'll reward you a million times for taking a chance on us!
The biggest thanks I know how to give goes out to my foster family. I know how hard it was for my foster mom to let me go--she told me she loved me every day I was in foster care, and I know she still loves me. She loves me enough to let me go. She said I would be happier in a home where the dogs don't play so rough, and she is right. It was hard for us to say goodbye yesterday, and I know she is thinking about me right now. But my mom said she can visit anytime she wants and I can't wait to see her again, soon. It isn't goodbye foster mom, it is "see you later". Because I know I will see you soon!
Here are a few more pictures of me, my svelte healthy self. If you look at my first photos and see how heavy I was, and look at these new ones, you can just see how much better I feel having lost so much weight and gotten healthy, and I owe it all to RAGOM. A couple of them are a little blurry--I was so excited to be going to my new home I couldn't stand still long enough to get a good photo, I was running from the gate to foster mom, and back. But you get the idea.......I'm a happy guy! I hope to see everyone again soon, at a Petco event, my mom said she'll drive!
XXOO,
Little Man

Here are a couple of new pictures. One is of me watching "Max TV", where I sit and watch the lovebird play with her toys. She is a little hard to see, but she's in there, trust me. One is me sitting up on my back legs, now that I'm so svelte, I like doing that and it makes everyone laugh.

I've been helping out a lot around the house. My family went to the Farmer's Market and got a bunch of tomatoes to make sauce, and I helped. Figured it was only right, as I had eaten so many tomatoes from the garden so they had to pay for them. That was a fun day, I got some bits and pieces of tomatoes, and it smelled SO good, I just had a ball. We still have a few tomatoes in the garden here, I'm keeping my eye on them to make sure Sassy doesn't get them when they finally turn red.
