Hi this is Cassie's 08-277 temporary foster mom. Cassie has been with our family for 2 days now and she is a real delight to have as a visitor. Cassie hasn't had any accidents in the house, no resource guarding and doesn't pull too bad on a leash either. She is about 55 lbs and petite, but as beautiful as they come. Her fur feels like silk and her eyes are like chocolate.

Cassie's owner surrendered her because she would not come back to him. Right now she is in her cycle and will be spayed when it is possible. She hangs out with all of our dogs and gets along great. She is still a little scared of loud noises and close fast movement. I feel with time and the security of a family she will outgrow this.

She is approxmately 1.5 years old and very well behaved in the house. Last night she slept on a sleeping bag next to our bed and she sleeps through the night no problem. She LOVES my children that are 12 and 15.

Cassie has already been playing with the dogs and does show an interest in retrieving. I feel she would be fine in a family with another dog or without. She will need a fence unless you have the time to take her for walks a few times a day. She also does fine on a tie out and will potty while on it.
