Nothing says class, elegance and style more than a Mercedes and I have one here who fits that bill perfectly:) Introducing Mercedes she is a 17 month old model. She is absolutely beautiful and sweet. She still has some puppy kinks to work out like chewing up paper and other items not securely put in its place like cheap slippers, stuffed animals, headphones etc:) Neatness has never been a strong suit around here so we are paying the price. Maybe this is what we need to change our ways:)

We have had Mercedes now for a week and she is settled in nicely. She is from a home in North Dakota and was very loved. The son bought her and then moved to an apartment so Mercedes stayed with his parents. They loved her but didn't have the time to give her that she needs and the son knew he wouldn't be able to take her in again anytime soon so they decided to have RAGOM find her a new loving home.

This little girl is fully potty trained and has spent a little while in the kennel but doesn't really like it too much but we will work on that while she is here. She has had puppy socializing training and level one training. She pulls with a belt collar but walks beautifully with a Gentle Leader. She still needs help with her commands and recalls but that is to be expected with a young girl like her. I'm a strong proponent of obedience training and I think she would benefit from more classes (plus it's great bonding time).

At her previous home she slept in bed with her owner but when he moved away she slept blocked off in the entryway. We tried to have her sleep in our room but if it wasn't cuddled up with a human she would rather sleep downstairs on the cool tile. Last night my 8 year old daughter made a bed on our floor and she and Mercedes cuddled all night long.

The previous owner stated Mercedes hasn't been around kids but she does very very well with my 5 and 8 year old daughters. She does well with other dogs both big and small and she is very friendly with people. She also got to go into the water at the dog park and it was her first time. She looked shocked at first and then decided dry land was the place for her (at least for now)
