Dear RAGOM,My name is Bailee and today is the best day of my life. Thank you RAGOM for saving me before it got too hot out again. I was finally sprung from being on a chain since I was a pup. I am about 2 years old so that's a pretty long time. Thanks to another rescue organization who helped RAGOM out in getting me outta there! These nice people came and got me today and I got treats and I even got a brand new pretty collar with a shiny tag. I feel so special. I couldn't contain my excitement in this big thing they called a car so I tried to get through the pet barrier to give them more kisses! Now I wag my tail all the time. When we got to our meeting point (a volunteer's house) I met my foster Mom and Dad. I was so happy to see them and get treats from them, I decided to show off by jumping in the pond filled with these fish. I didn't hurt them but boy I sure love water. They laughed at me ha ha. I will tell you a little about myself and maybe you can love me too. I am 2 years old and not spayed yet, but Mom says I have to get spayed soon. I have all my shots and I only weigh about 40 pounds. You see, I've been pretty hungry and thirsty most of my life and sometimes people would bring me food and water but I'd run out quickly since I was growing. You can see my ribs a little, but foster Mom and Dad said they will work on that. I'm so excited because they have good food there and I get to eat twice a day plus treats! I had a dog house outside but it got pretty hot in there with the sun and was really little so it didn't fit me when I grew. My fur on my head is bleached out from spending so much time alone in the hot sun. I know all these things sound pretty bad, but I'm really still a happy girl. I do know how to "sit" and "shake." I take treats nicely and so far I'm a good house guest. Tonight I got these things called tummy rubs. Oh, you've gotta try one. I've never had one before, but now I'm totally addicted. I dream of a forever home where I can run. So if you think you could love me and have a fence and are pretty active email placement
ragom [dot] org I need to go to an active home that will give me the exercise and attention I deserve after being neglected so long. I'm so happy I am going to sleep in a soft place tonight under a roof where I belong. I love my foster sisters and brothers and foster Mom and Dad. Thank you so much RAGOM for making me a happy girl.
