Dear Ragom, I am writing to let you know we had to help Cobi cross the rainbow bridge January 16, 2009. Cobi was a little over 14 years old. Our constant companion, we couldn't have asked for a better dog. We miss him so much. He was our first rescue dog and he was the perfect match for our family. He was such a big presence in our home. Our hearts are heavy, but we feel he was such a blessing to us for 3 wonderful years. Here are a couple of our favorite pictures of him. Thanks so much for all you do. Sincerely, Cobi's Forever Family

What can I say about Cobi? He loves to ride in the car and is a gentleman when he does. We took him for his first bath (with us) tonight. He stood in the tub patiently and allowed us to wash him. I didn't blow dry him because I didn't want to dry out his skin. We walked around Petco after the bath and he met a little girl. He was very excited to see her and wanted to wash her face. He is very social and loves people. We met a friend in the store and he immediately sat and offered her a paw. She was charmed by Cobi. He also knows the command "down".
We had a funny incident this morning. My husband got out of bed and saw only two paws sticking out from under the bed. His first thought was our Bailey because she likes small spaces but when he checked, it was Cobi! Cobi was stuck under the bed. We're not sure how he got under there because he is a fairly tall dog. My husband ended up picking up the bed so Cobi could scramble out.
Although his age is 10, he has a very young attitude. He loves to explore and is very curious - he checked out every shelf in Petco! If you are looking for a well trained dog with a good attitude, check out Cobi.
