Buddy came into our life this week from an unfortunate family situation. Much as they loved this little guy, they found financial upkeep as well as day to day attention was more than they could handle. Buddy and I paid a visit to our local 'doggy beauty parlor' on the way home and found gorgeous, long blonde fur under the old hair, dirt and mats! He was a most patient, sweet, little man throughout his entire makeover! Didn't even peep at getting his nails trimmed! After only knowing me a couple of hours Buddy laid his head on my shoulder and snuggled during and after his bath. He's a little sad over the move, but eagerly met my critters upon arriving home. He lay on the cool floor in the entryway and greeted all the family members with a kiss and handshake as they got home from work. He slept on the floor in my room last night, because he seemed a little TOO interested in the kitties.
