Chester went to the vet today and is now up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. They were joking that he was a âpin cushionâ today because of all of the shots he needed (he hadnât been to the vet for a while!). Ches did a great job and was rewarded with lots of special treats from the doctor.
Chester is 5 years old, weighs about 75 pounds, and has lived with the same family since he was a puppy. Chester will do well with other dogs (he grew up with Benji 06-250) and cats. He doesnât chew on any inappropriate items and so far he hasnât caused any problems around the house.
Chester needs someone to look after him and give him the love and attention that he deserves. He is also looking for someone to take him out for regular exercise (the vet recommended that he lose about 5 pounds). Chester didnât have the chance to go for many walks or runs in the past few months. If he doesnât get exercise you can tell, because he tries to escape out the door, but after we took him for a 2 mile run he has been very calm.
Chester will get his test results from the vet on Tuesday and if he has a clean bill of health he will be looking for his forever home. Email placement
