FeeBee 06-489

Profile

11/20/06: FeeBee was the Fourth of the Boo Bears to be born ? FeeBee?s parents were from a puppy mill and so she is a pure breed Golden Retriever. FeeBee came into this world at 11:47 pm on October 24th, 2006 and will be ready for adoption on December 18th, 2006. FeeBee will be 4 weeks on 11/22/06.

FeeBee came into this world weighing in at .8 pound, tiny little thing, which was one of the smallest pups, at 2 weeks of age she weighed 2.44 pounds and I believe she will weigh close to 3.5 pounds when we go to the vet later this week. FeeBee has had her de-worming and will do another dose this week and in two weeks in will get her first set of puppy shots!

FeeBee is a mellow little girl that likes to pick on her bigger brother Jakee. She feels it is her job to keep him in line at all times. FeeBee still does not like to eat out of her bowl so we are hand feeding her, but she is starting to get the hand of the bowl thing. I hope within another week we will be eating on our own. FeeBee is a tiny little thing and can not wait to find a home of her own. If you are interested in adopting FeeBee please contact PlacementatRagom [dot] org.

FeeBee continues to be the easiest pup to have around. She lets you cut her nails, love her and even let you pinch her ears. FeeBee loves going out on the deck to play around in the hay and leaves, but will let you know when she has had enough. FeeBee still loves her stuffed animals and think they are her pillows. She is such a little love. Here is another picture of her.

Please if you are interested in FeeBee she is still available and looking for the perfect home that will take her to some puppy training classes and help continue socializing her so she can be the best possible puppy around. If you are interested in setting up a meeting please send a note to PlacementatRAGOM [dot] org

FeeBee is growing by leaps and bounds. Yesterday she went to the vet and we found out she had a major case of roundworms – I hate roundworms, they are these nasty long worms that are really gross and hard on the pups' insides. So the good news is everyone, including Mom and Newfoundlands, are being treated and everyone should be on the path to better weight gain.

These are pictures of FeeBee after her first bath, which she was NOT happy about at all!

FeeBee weighed in at 4.74 – right smack dab in the middle of everyone. She seems way smaller than that to me! But FeeBee continues to be very mellow and does not really say a whole lot. She really does like to come and snuggle with you and the best part of her day is when she has someone or something sleeping on her. Yep, we are constantly putting a stuffed animal on her so she sleeps better.
