Buckley 05-128

Profile

Buckley has made it into his foster home and has lightened our hearts. Buckley is a wonderful 7 months. He loves others dogs so I don?t think cats would be an issue either. Buckley is light golden in color and pretty short, weighs about 20 pounds. Buckley sleeps in a crate by choice; we do not shut the door. He has not had an accident in the house in the first 24 hours, and the previous place Buckley lived said he was partially housebroken. I am guessing he is mostly housebroken. He goes to the door and scratches on it to go out. I have heard Buckley bark once or twice and that is it.

Buckley loves to play catch with balls and play tag with our resident Newfoundlands, even though they outweigh him by 120 pounds! He just checks out our foster Golden King 05-090. King has not been thrilled with Buckley?s arrival but the humans have thought it has been great. I know once he is in your home you will agree ? Buckley is a pure joy.

Buckley will need some basic training but he seems to be very smart; until he gets this training he will need to be leashed. I think an invisible fence will work just fine with Buckley.

Buckley will head to the vet for a good check up, but he is currently UTD on shots, been chipped and neutered, so he is ready to come home to his forever family.

More later, but this little Golden is a real gem! Give Ragom a call and let's meet, or email Placementatragom [dot] org.
