Welcome to Harvey's world! Harvey came to us as a stray. He was found about 30 miles north of us in Iowa. He is definitely a Hawkeye fan!! Please don't hold that against us because he is a very intelligent dog and knows a good thing when he sees it!!

Harvey was heartworm positive and he has just completed his third and final injection. He took the pain like a trooper and the Vet couldn't believe how friendly he was through it all. He will need an x-ray in 2 months to make sure that his heart is free of worms. He will need to be neutered after his final x-ray. Harv is up to date with all shots and fecal samples are all clean. He is ready to go to his forever home!

Harv is a 3 year old, 75 pound Golden/Lab mix love. He loves to be around people and is very attached to his foster mom. He even tries to follow me in the shower and when I won't let him in he lies outside the door. From there, assume that he loves water! He knows sit, stay, come, shake, down and stays in the yard. He is great with our 10 1/2 year old dog and doesn't bother the guinea pig. Harv is crate trained and goes in his crate when we are gone. He would much rather be in his "cave" then roaming when we are gone. It is his safety zone. He crates to the word "kennel."
