To all in RAGOM Land I introduce Mr. Harry. He is a 3-year-old mixed breed who loves everyone and is a very happy, happy guy. He is a young boy with moderate energy who loves walks and tennis balls. Harry doesn't have over-the-top energy but he does love speed. He is a fast walker, runs after tennis balls full speed ahead, and also keeps the yard clear of squirrels and bunnies.
When Harry arrived, one of our other foster dogs, Maggie 18-131, wasn't real accepting of Harry. I think he smelled like too many dogs at once since he came directly from the shelter. She tried to put him in his place many times and Harry just walked away—no engagement with Maggie at all. He was a really good boy when dealing with Maggie's snarky attitude.
Harry has a history of seizures, which are well controlled with medication. He has not had a single seizure since he arrived here. Because the medication makes him drink more water, which leads to the need to go potty more often, his forever home should be able to give him potty breaks every 4 – 5 hours.
He would have a tough time lasting for a full work day. Harry does not get us up in the night, but when we wake up he definitely wants to get outside right away. We also put the water dish up during the night. Harry has had no accidents since coming here.
