Spice, now known as Rosie, has hit the jackpot for a puppy. She has a new family that works from home and will be able to tend to all her puppy needs as she grows. Her new family will be signing her up for training classes and they are excited to start their journey with her.
Rosie was only in her foster home for a short three weeks, but managed to make an impact on them and their resident dogs. She will be missed, but knowing she is in great hands eases the transition.
Have a GReat life Rosie!!

Spice continues to be a very spunky little puppy. We are working on her biting to get that under control. She has started playing more appropriately with her foster sister Abby, and Abby is in turn giving her appropriate corrections when needed. It is all a learning experience for this young pup as she may not have been given the opportunity before.
Something very fun happened over the weekend for her. She had her very own photo shoot! We think they turned out pretty great. There is even a sample of what she wants to wear for Christmas! Don't let the pictures fool you—she is very quick and the photographer had to be quicker than she was.

Spice is a puppy who came to us from a Good Samaritan. Not much is known about her past. We believe she is a Golden mix, possibly with Springer Spaniel.
She is a typical puppy: likes to play with toys, chase the leaves outside, and play shark on your pant leg. She will grab hold when you are walking and shake, rattle, and roll to her heart's content.
She is going to the bathroom outside very well, and at night while in her kennel, she will indicate she has to go outside by giving a bark. She is currently being fostered with three other big dogs and does well with them.
She is a true puppy. Are you ready to deal with potty training? Making sure she understands what is appropriate play? Dealing with the bitey phase she is currently in?
She will be spayed on November 2 and be ready for adoption after that. Are you her forever home?
