Profile

Finn was lovingly surrendered to RAGOM when his family realized they did not have time for a puppy. Finn is a healthy, energetic youngster. He is a very bouncy boy and could easily knock toddlers down, so any children in the home should be age 5+. Finn can live with other dogs. A physical fence is optional as long as Finn is given plenty of walks and has ways to burn off his puppy energy. Finn needs a home that will provide love, exercise, and training to help him become the best dog he can be.

Finn came from a busy family that was working long hours and they lovingly surrendered him so he could spend more of his day enjoying activities with a family.

Finn is a very energetic young boy who runs around the yard as fast as ever. We have gone for long walks every day and he thoroughly enjoys it. He is still a puppy and will require some further guidance and training. He does know a few basic commands such as “sit” and “down,” but his adoptive family must be willing to continue providing training in other areas.

My resident Golden Retriever and Finn get along very well. While another resident dog is not required as Finn lived as an only dog in his prior home, a playmate would be acceptable for Finn. He is house trained and crate trained.

Finn enjoys emptying the toy box and always picks out the antlers first and begins chewing on them. He does not guard items from other dogs or humans.

Finn's handsome coloring is a mixture of light brown, dark brown and dark red. He has a very tight, curly tail and tight curls on his back. His coat is very soft and he also has one little white patch on his chest.

Finn is not neutered and will be going to visit the vet later this week for that surgery and to get microchipped. Please stay tuned to see how Finn is doing after he recovers from his surgery.
