Sean was brought over from China to find his forever home, and he absolutely hit the jackpot with the V Family!

He was severely underweight, filthy, and needed lots of love and TLC from his foster family after his arrival in Minnesota. He's now healthy, happy, and loving his new life as a fur baby!

Congratulations, Sean! Welcome to the Golden Life.

Meet Sean (whom we call Scout)...a very sweet and happy two year old Golden who joined RAGOM as part of an effort to rescue 12 dogs from China. Since he arrived in Minnesota, Scout has flourished with his foster family! He gained some much needed weight, and is now at a happy 55 pounds.

Scout has learned some fantastic skills, such as "sitting" for treats, taking them gently, and he is wonderful about sharing his toys! Scout walks really well on a leash, and is happy and comfortable with any dog he meets, large or small.

He is also doing really well with house training, but his "potty" signals are subtle, so his forever home will need to be attentive and patient. He wants to do the right thing, so we take extra effort to make sure he succeeds.

Scout is very affectionate and loves to cuddle with you! In fact, the closer, the better. If he thinks your lap looks comfortable, or you happen to be laying down on the couch...this little guy is going to climb up and settle in. He loves toys, and so far, has destroyed ZERO stuffed animals!

Scout is a beautiful boy, with a joyous personality, and he has endless love to give his family!
