Goldzilla Silent Auction Lead [1]

The Silent Auction is a critical Goldzilla feature. This area sources new (unused) donated auction items, plans the layout, and runs the auction at the event. Ideally this area will have a team of 3 – 4 volunteers to assist with sourcing.

A critical aspect of this role is building new and maintaining existing relationships/partnerships with donors year over year. Also important is the sourcing of new in-demand items that create excitement and increase the number and value of bids. The auction uses Click Bid software. Familiarity with spreadsheets and online software a plus. Training for Click Bid is available. (This year Goldzilla will be held Sunday, September 19, 2021.)
