Odie has made the journey from Minnesota to his new home in Iowa. He is going to a home that will embrace his high energy and take him on many wonderful outdoor adventures across the midwest. It was love at first sight for new mother and Odie; he is smitten. We are so happy with the perfect match!

He has made great progress since coming into foster care. He no longer bites or chews inappropriate items and has learned to settle down and obey at appropriate times. We love you so much Odie and cannot wait to see how you grow and thrive in your new home!

Odie was surrendered to RAGOM by his owner at 10 weeks old for his high amount of energy. Odie is a playful, loving puppy who learns new things quickly. His hobbies include sitting in your lap, chasing leaves, and playing fetch.

Odie is a typical puppy with a lot of excitement and love to offer. He becomes restless when he is left alone for a while, but calms down quickly after being given one-on-one attention.

He likes to playfully bite at people's hands, but this is improving with training and time. He knows his name and follows his human everywhere. He also knows how to sit and has almost mastered "stay" and "down."

Odie is very friendly toward everyone he meets. He is very excitable and may unintentionally overpower a small child. It is best he is in a home that has children over the age of 5 who are prepared to embrace his energy. He plays well with cats and dogs of every size.

A fence is optional for Odie. However, interested parties should keep in mind that he needs several walks per day to work off his energy if there is no fenced yard to do so.

Odie is very smart and has picked up potty training quickly, but he occasionally has accidents. He goes quickly after being taken outside, which is an indication that he tries to hold it and understands that outside is where he is supposed to relieve himself.

Odie will be neutered on December 22 at 16 weeks old. He is available immediately after his neuter to join his forever family for the holidays.
